Training:

It is extremely important that we get client input into their projects. We strongly encourage all our clients to meet the team in order to pass on first hand their product knowledge and enthusiasm directly to our account managers. By doing this we become a direct extension of your company- as the telemarketing arm. We include the following options:

  • Visit to your operations to gain a first hand insight.
  • Half-day field sales accompaniment in order to understand what information your sales team need from us in order to help them gain the maximum advantage from the appointments we make.
  • Your team to visit and observe first hand live telemarketing calls being made; this enables us to ensure that no detail has been overlooked in our briefing process.
