I am fully aware and have experienced the challenges faced by the account managers, as I have faced this first hand.
My role in JEM is to ensure that our customers are fully aware of how their project is progressing, communication between our customers and account managers is of paramount importance thus to reassure them that their time is being used productively and effectively. We are committed to a programme of developing our teams knowledge of our customers services and products, we do this using in-house systems, and by visiting our customers for training at their place of business.
My aim is to determine the best Account Manager for your business drawing on their experience and by having a good knowledge of team’s capability, and for this account manager to become an extension of your sales team.
