An example of medical market research - The brief was to survey the clients end-user customer base within the NHS hospital and primary care sectors.
Our response followed on the fact that our global client had already implemented a combined awareness, satisfaction and competitor evaluation survey in the USA and Europe using their in-house resource. Given the complexity of the health service in the UK, our client made the wise decision to outsource. As the project was commissioned at very short notice and within a tight time scale we were able to dip into our resource bank of successful templates, localise an existing questionnaire and implement it using a dedicated tele-research team. Delivering the client their results on time, on budget and in an easy to use format.
